Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to everyone using E-Responder. Breaching it may lead to suspension under our Terms.
You must not
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to record information you have no right to record.
- Share your log-in, or let someone use the Service who isn't an Authorised User of your organisation.
- Look at patient records you have no work reason to see.
- Try to access another organisation's data, probe or break our security, or get around plan limits.
- Upload malware, or anything that is abusive, discriminatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Overload the Service, scrape it, or use automated tools against it without our written permission.
- Use the SOS feature for anything other than a genuine need for help.
- Rely on the Service instead of calling 999 in an emergency.
Photographs and video
Only capture images of patients when it is clinically or legally justified and in line with your organisation's consent and safeguarding policies. Never share them outside the Service except through your organisation's approved routes.
